1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," or "you") and Assay Cambistorine ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and interaction with our website, algorithmic trading analytics, data feeds, and proprietary software interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, viewing content, or connecting any technical application, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all provisions set forth herein, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance
Access to Assay Cambistorine is strictly limited to individuals and legal entities capable of forming legally binding agreements under applicable law. You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your domestic jurisdiction;
- You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade embargoes administered by international regulatory authorities;
- Your use of our algorithmic systems conforms in full with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and currency controls in Singapore and your native tax domicile;
- You possess the requisite financial experience to evaluate high-risk digital asset systems.
3. Character of Algorithmic Intelligence Services
Assay Cambistorine develops algorithmic data systems, mathematical execution models, and market trend tracking applications designed for digital asset environments. The Platform provides tools that allow users to study market parameters, backtest hypotheses, and execute trades according to pre-selected algorithmic rules.
Assay Cambistorine is a technology infrastructure provider. We do not operate as an investment bank, asset manager, broker-dealer, or custodial trustee. Nothing published across our services constitutes individualized financial advice, tax guidance, or investment recommendation. All analytical signals are non-discretionary computational outputs.
4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
As a condition of using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any prohibited practices, including without limitation:
- Deploying malicious code, denial-of-service vectors, network injection, or automated scrapers that degrade Platform architecture;
- Attempting reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized extraction of our trading engines, mathematical weights, or proprietary algorithms;
- Engaging in manipulative trading tactics, including spoofing, wash trading, or cross-market front-running;
- Circumventing geographic restrictions, IP controls, or security monitoring protocols established by the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software architectures, interface designs, trade secrets, trademarks, mathematical calculations, copy, visuals, and brand assets displayed on Assay Cambistorine are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license solely to view and operate Platform features for personal or verified commercial utility in accordance with these Terms.
6. Third-Party Integrations and Liquidity Providers
The Platform may interface with third-party digital asset exchanges, external liquidity providers, and remote application programming interfaces (APIs). Assay Cambistorine exercises no direct control over external execution venues, blockchain networks, or protocol smart contracts. We accept no liability for losses or delays resulting from third-party operational outages, hard forks, network congestion, or exchange insolvency.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is delivered strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Assay Cambistorine expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime continuity, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that our machine-learning models will generate positive returns or avoid financial drawdowns.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under governing Singapore statutory provisions, in no event shall Assay Cambistorine, its directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors be held liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, digital asset devaluation, technical downtime, or data corruption, arising out of your utilization of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Assay Cambistorine during the twelve (12) months preceding the cause of action.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assay Cambistorine and its officers from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, fines, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized access to trading modules, or violation of third-party rights or statutory frameworks.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and commercial courts located in Singapore, or resolved by mutual consent through final arbitration administered in Singapore under the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
11. Modifications and Inquiries
